(中央社記者陳怡璇台北20日電)北市和平新生天橋19日晚間11時正式開拆,護橋團體持續以旗幟及短講呼籲懸崖勒馬,高喊「不要再拆了」,並指出工人安全配備不合格、會吵到孕婦等要求勞檢。

台北市政府宣布,和平新生天橋不具文化資產價值潛力,且不予列冊追蹤;工務局新建工程處表示,將利用19日至30日夜間11時至隔日6時交通離峰時間施工並進行交通管制。

19日晚間11時正式開拆前,護橋團體先在大安區公所前集合並讓民眾發言,台灣空間規劃設計產業公會理事長蘇伯昇說,抗議到現在從來沒收到市府說要召開協調會,希望不要暴力強拆;台北科技大學助理教授陳盈棻說,蔣市府不到兩週決議強拆,團隊將持續進行相關活動,希望激起社會反思。

11時後護橋發起人林玟君帶領喊口號「當強拆成為事實,文化空洞就是結果」,聲援民眾手持「守護和平橋」、「保護城市文化記憶 告別粗暴蔣萬安」等旗幟與標語繞行天橋。

工程進行間護橋團體持續短講,並多次高喊「不要再拆了」,指出施工工人沒有安全圍籬、沒有安全帶、焊接作業沒有護目鏡,違反職業安全衛生法,新工處無人在場監工,將於明天找勞動檢查。

護橋團體說,拆除的橋段位於婦幼診所旁,裡面都是產婦跟嬰孩,「這樣施工真的沒問題嗎」;且現在行人友善設施還沒看到,依此路口車流量,即便綠燈秒數增加讓行人有更長時間過馬路,也一定會造成回堵,屆時人車爭道狀況只會多不會少;市府說天橋使用率低,卻也沒提出增加使用率的方案。

 夜晚,半露天的空中花園化身「微醺瑜伽」的舞台,星光低垂微風輕撫。一口熱紅酒滑入心扉,月下的山水與鬆展的身體相映成趣。翌日清晨,霧氣籠罩的日月潭以「立槳瑜伽」迎接旅人,平衡板上的專注與湖光水影的靜謐交融,帶來身心和諧的瞬間。最後的晨間瑜伽,則以溫和的扭轉與伸展為一天揭開序曲,喚醒每一寸沉睡的肌肉。

 這場兩天一夜的美麗旅程,最爲獨特的亮點當屬溫德姆酒店空中花園的「瑜伽空環」。無需高難度的動作,幾個簡單的擺拍便將人融入湖山之美。空環中的優雅身影,佐以日月潭的湖光山色,彷彿一幅靜謐的畫作,成為每位學員心中最珍貴的紀念。此外,「椅子瑜伽」亦廣受讚譽。對於初學者而言,椅子的輔助讓動作穩定且易上手;對進階者而言,則是進一步挑戰身體深層拉伸與持久穩定的契機。
